Robidom-SR capsules combine Rabeprazole 20 mg and Domperidone 10 mg in a single dose. Rabeprazole belongs to the class of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) that reduce gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric H⁺/K⁺ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that increases gastric motility, helps the stomach and intestines clear contents more effectively, and relieves symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and gastric discomfort

Uses / Indications:

• Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) including heartburn and acid regurgitation.

• Healing & prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers by reducing acid damage.

• Relief from symptoms like nausea, upper abdominal bloating, fullness, and vomiting associated with excess acidity or delayed gastric emptying.

Dosage & How to Use:

• Typically, one capsule daily, preferably 30 minutes before food (often morning).

• Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew or crush. Take on an empty stomach unless otherwise directed by a physician.

Side Effects & Precautions:

• Common side effects may include headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal pain, flatulence, dizziness.

• Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver disease

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
